I had them do an oil change for me on my new pickup. They did that and cleaned the windshield for me, also!

Went in for a engine light that came on on my lzo 3.0 and spent $4500 waited almost 3 weeks for it and when I went and got it I drove for about 45 min and check engine light came right back on now I’m waiting for it again sadly

I don’t think there is enough communication from dealership. They started working on my truck on Monday and said they would keep me updated. On Wednesday I called in the morning and got voicemail so left a message to be called back. No return call so called again at 3:30 pm and they said they would check on it and call back. 3:45 pm they called back and said it’s done and I could come pick it up. When I picked it up I asked what was wrong with it. My service advisor said they put some spacers in. Really? That was why I had no transmission and was stranded 25 miles from home?

It was good I had done a lot of shopping on line for the car I wanted and found it here so it was just a matter of sealing the deal which was good. Paul and Ron were very helpful with the process. I like to shop locally but couldn't find what I wanted so when saw it in Aberdeen and in stock I had to get it and it helped that our son lives in Aberdeen so making the trip was a plus.

I told the service scheduling technician about my problem I was having with my 2023 3.0 diesel pickup. We setup a date to get serviced, had to order part and as back on to road in a couple of days.

Little slow to get into for appointment. Steering wheel was dirty as well as the shifter once I got it back and the pickup was freshly washed prior to service and was dirty when done. Would have been nice to keep a clean pickup is all.

I came in for an oil change and also asked them to look at my cruise control, as it has not been working effectively. This was brought to the dealership’s attention when they reached out about my first few months of owning the vehicle, so they knew of the issue. After 3.5 hours of waiting, no updates or check-ins, and a test totaling $140, they brought to my attention that it’d be over $900 more to fix the issue. Mind you, this has been an issue with the car since I bought it, so I was sold a vehicle with malfunctions. Never once was I made aware that the test was going to cost so much alone, either. The whole visit was frustrating and was surely a waste of time and money. Needless to say, I will be having service done elsewhere from now on.

People were friendly. It was an oil change and they upsold a cabin filter.

I made an appointment showed up but it was not on the books, but they had an opening then and they got me in and done. I live an hour from town so was happy I didn't have to come back.

Since the service took two days to complete. It would have been nice if told me that would be taking that long. Even when I called to ask when it would be done they never got back to me with a time. They evidently had to order a part and have it delivered overnight but I think the customer should be informed of a delay. Plus this is a new that I have had problems with it starting twice since I purchased it and it doesn’t even have 5000 miles.

The service & follow up for the service was excellent. However GM needs to pull their heads out of their asses and get dependable electronics back into their vehicles. To have the On Star module go out with only 20,000 miles on it & have the replacement burn up before it was even set up is a bunch of shit!! I have been able GM customer for over 50 years and I am really questioning if I should continue with this poor of vehicles being produced now!!

I had an annoying vibration going on. Someone told me that I needed to change oil in the transmission. Lust did it and the vibration is gone. Great!

They were great I had to have the driver that picked me up stop at my apartment on the way back to the dealership cuz I didn't have my credit card with me to pay. He was very nice to chat with too. Was so nice of them to accommodate that for me.

Overall Good, Bought Three Vehicles there, should utilize an advertising/promotion budget…no caps, came at lunchtime no certificate for a meal, no jacket and no Dr. Pepper. Salesperson is knowledgeable and works hard.
